Services and Charges

Locker Charges 
FREE till 20 days (Basic plan), 30 days(Gold plan). After free locker storage ends, each day Rs. 80 will be charged as locker storage fee. Please refer our Subscription page for more details.

Shopping Assistant 
Base fee of Rs. 249 per package + 4% of total shopped item value

Tailoring Service
Base fee of Rs. 249 per package+ 4% of total tailoring charges
Only for Gold members

Based on the weight of package and pickup location

Package Opening Video
You can request a package opening video when adding the expected item from your locker page. Package opening video charge is Rs. 100 per package. This will be useful if you need to raise any dispute with the seller for wrong items or damaged items.

Service charge
Minimum service charge is Rs. 500. 

  • ​Service fee is already added to the shipping estimate shown in shipping calculator page based on the membership. It is not collected separately.

Delivery within India
If you would like to send the package to someone within India after consolidation and packing, there will be a service fee + domestic shipping charge of Rs. 100 per Kg through India post and Rs. 150 per kg through other carriers. 
Service fee calculated as below:
 

  • Rs. 500 for packages less than 5 Kgs and

  • Rs. 1000 for packages weighing between 5 Kgs and 10 Kgs

  • Rs. 1500 for packages weighing between 10 Kgs and 15 Kgs

  • Rs. 2000 for packages weighing between 15 Kgs and 20 Kgs

Extra packaging
If there are fragile products like glass items, ceramic items, etc that need extra protective packaging like bubble wrap, a fee of Rs. 50 per item is applicable.

Warehouse charges
If you choose to use an external courier for pickup from our Chennai facility (instead of our shipping service) during the free locker storage period, a Warehouse Handling Fee will be applied: 

  • ₹500 (under 5 kg), 

  • ₹1,000 (5 kg to 10 kg),

  •  ₹1,500 (10 kg to 15 kg) and 

  • ₹2,000 (15 kg to 20 kg).

Additionally, ₹80 per day will be charged for Locker Storage after the free period expires. Please note that the pickup courier must package the items, unless you request our optional packaging service for ₹200.
