Yes, we absolutely offer domestic shipping to send your consolidated package to an address within India.
The charges consist of a Service Fee plus a Domestic Shipping Charge (calculated per kilogram).
Domestic Shipping Charge: ₹100 per kg via India Post or ₹150 per kg via other carriers.
Service Fee (based on the total weight of your package):
₹500 for packages less than 5 kg.
₹1,000 for packages between 5 kg and 10 kg.
₹1,500 for packages between 10 kg and 15 kg.
₹2,000 for packages between 15 kg and 20 kg.

If you choose to use an external courier for pickup from our Chennai facility (instead of our shipping service) during the free locker storage period, a Warehouse Handling Fee will be applied:
₹500 (under 5 kg),
₹1,000 (5 kg to 10 kg),
₹1,500 (10 kg to 15 kg) and
₹2,000 (15 kg to 20 kg).
Additionally, ₹80 per day will be charged for Locker Storage after the free period expires. Please note that the pickup courier must package the items, unless you request our optional packaging service for ₹200.

Yes, you can raise a return or exchange request if you’re not satisfied with the item. Please initiate the return directly on the website where you placed your order, as we do not have access to your purchase details.
We recommend reviewing the seller’s return policy before placing any order. If we are required to return the item to the seller on your behalf, additional shipping charges will apply.
Shipping multiple packages overseas directly from online stores can be expensive. With our parcel consolidation service, our expert team combines all your purchases into a single shipment — helping you save up to 60–80% on international shipping costs.
We always aim to consolidate your items into one box unless you request otherwise. Since our charges are based on the weight of the shipment rather than its dimensions, it’s usually more cost-effective to ship one large box instead of multiple smaller ones.
We can store your items in your locker for a maximum of 60 days. Free locker storage starts from 20 days based on the type of membership you choose.
Once the free storage period ends, a locker storage fee will begin to apply at Rs. 80 per day. After a total of 60 days, any unshipped items will be discarded.
Please ensure your items are shipped either within India or internationally before the 60 -day period expires.
A seller invoice or payment receipt is a document that confirms the amount paid for your purchased items. It may also include details such as the seller’s name and address. Many sellers automatically include a printed invoice with your package, while others may send it electronically via email.
Please retain a copy of all your seller invoices, as they may be required by ShopIndiaSe or by customs authorities for export or import verification.
We offer free storage for packages that arrive in your locker for up to 20 days.
After the free storage period, a storage fee of INR 80 per day will apply starting from the 21st day. Fees will continue to accrue until the package is shipped, discarded, or returned to the sender.
All applicable storage charges will appear under Package Level Charges on your invoice once the package is shipped.

We exercise the utmost care to ensure your package reaches you safely. In the unfortunate event that a package is confirmed lost in transit by our courier partner, the following refund policies apply:
Standard Shipping
Customers who select Standard Shipping will receive a full refund covering the declared value of the package plus the original shipping charge.
Duty Paid Shipping
For packages sent via Duty Paid Shipping, the refund will cover the original shipping cost plus a maximum reimbursement for the declared value, capped at the lower of 30% of the declared value or INR 3,500.
Please Note:
ShopIndiaSe is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmation of delivery to your designated address.
The claim and refund process will take a maximum of 30 days to complete from the date the loss is confirmed by the courier.
The final refund will be issued to your preferred Indian bank account.

No. Destination customs duty if applicable should be paid by the recipient. ShopIndiaSe does not have any control over the destination customs duty.
If Destination Customs is asking for any documents related to the receiver/sender package at the time of receiving the package in your country, you need to share documents such as Passport, Phytosanitary Certificate, FDA Certificate & more.

If a package arrives with no locker number or an invalid locker number, it is held aside as unclaimed. The customer must contact our support team with valid details or proof of the package to have it assigned to their locker.
Unclaimed packages held for over 90 days will be processed as abandoned without further notice.
Yes, we ship liquid and semi liquids on certain conditions. Oil, cosmetics or ayurvedic medicine without branded or manufacturing label are not allowed.
Oils/liquids like hair oil, massage oil, etc allowed with following condition – branded with manufacturing label – up to 250ml bottle size, 4 such bottles in one shipment allowed
Any liquid cosmetics up to 250ml, serum up to 250ml, rose water up to 250ml etc. allowed in one shipment
Ayurvedic medicine liquids of 250ml bottles (4 such bottles allowed in one shipment )
If more quantity is ordered in sizes larger than 250 ml, we can send it as separate small sized shipments. Separate charge will apply.

In the unlikely event that your shipment box arrives damaged, please follow these steps to initiate a claim: 1. Mandatory Shipment Opening Video: Record a video while opening the shipment, clearly showing the damage to the package and its contents. 2. Notify Our Support Team: Inform our support team about the damaged shipment within 24-48 hours of delivery. 3. Provide Required Documents: Share the shipment opening video, photos of the damaged package and contents, and any other relevant documentation with our support team. Please note that failure to provide the mandatory shipment opening video and notification within the specified timeframe may result in denied claims. For assistance with damaged shipment claims, please contact our support team.
We carefully pack all the items for transit with additional packaging for fragile items. As international transit involves a lot of handling, even with careful and extra packaging, fragile items might break during handling and we have no control over the same. In very rare cases, if the contents are damaged without any damage to the outer packaging, unfortunately we will not be able to provide any kind of refund or compensation for the damaged items.
Please avoid ordering fragile glass bottles or glass decorative items which are easily breakable to your locker. They are considered risky as they might break during transit and no compensation or refund can be made for the same.
We accept payments via UPI and Bank Transfer, both of which incur no additional transaction fees.
If you choose to pay using an International Credit or Debit Card through RazorPay, a 3% transaction fee will be applied to the total amount.
Alternatively, payments made through PayPal are subject to a higher 10% transaction fee.
We can ship packaged spice powders and mixes, provided they are FSSAI-certified and purchased online from reliable sites like Amazon. However, whole spices are restricted to small quantities, generally up to 100 grams. Please note that due to strict import regulations, no whole spices of any kind are permitted for shipment to Australia.
Yes, we ship all types of groceries from India internationally!
You are free to purchase items like tea, coffee, biscuits, sauces, and condiments from Indian stores such as Amazon Fresh or BigBasket, and we will ship them directly to your address abroad.
Important: Please be aware that the import of raw rice is prohibited in certain countries. Contact us for specific details regarding your destination.
We offer to check your items' eligibility before international shipping. However, if an item is ultimately denied entry by your home country's customs, you have two options:
Return to India: You must pay all associated costs, including international return shipping, Indian import duties, airport storage, and any admin fees.
Abandon the Package: Your country's customs or DHL will discard or donate the package free of charge.
Please note: If a package is returned due to ineligibility, ShopIndiaSe is not responsible for issuing shipment or service refunds. While we provide pre-shipping guidance, regulations change frequently and can be difficult to track—even for carriers like DHL. We strongly recommend you check your country's current import rules before shipping.
